Cahoots cover.

The cover painting is by New York artist Gilbert Stone, who was an instructor in the 70s at The School of Visual Arts. Stone died in 1984, aged 43, from drug-related health problems. He was quite well known and successful in his career and was twice voted the best illustrator of the year by The Society of Illustrators.
