Various Artists: Broadcasts Vol.4
Here's another great special "Austin" CD, released by
one of Austin's coolest radio stations,
KGSR.
Producer Jody Denberg did a great
job with this project, a double CD featuring 39 killer songs. All
the recordings on this CD collection, many in acoustic
versions, were performed live and broadcast exclusively on 107.1
KGSR. The CDs include many Austin artists and also various
artists from outside of this music mecca, such as Joan Osbourne, The
Wallflowers, Cowboy Junkies and more.
The Band perform a rousing version of the Basement Tapes track
"Don't You Tell Henry", recorded at KGSR May 4, 1996.
