Dylan bootleg from various locations over the years. The Band / Hawks are present on "Just Like Tom Thumb's Blues" from Liverpool 14.05.66, and on the three songs from the 1968 Woody Guthrie Tribute. "Tom Thumb" was a B-side single ("I Want You" / "Just Like Tom Thumb's Blues", Columbia 43683, 1966) official release that is also on the "official" compilation Masterpieces. Tom Thumb has a blistering Robbie Robertson solo, available as a sound sample below.
