Bob Dylan and The Band: Forever Young

I picked up this 2 CD set last week at Generation Records in NYC, of Bob Dylan and The Band Live at Madison Sqare Garden 1/31/74. 28 songs plus 5 bonus tracks of rehearsals from May 1976. Excellent content, but not the best sound. A Cool Daddy Production, who I found did excellent work on The Complete Last Waltz, but they did not do the same clear and precise recording work on this CD set. There is another version of this CD, recorded on a CD-R, which I was instructed by the store management not to buy. Due to the poor sound, I would not recommend the purchase. Dubbing to a cassette has not been very successful either, matter of fact, the way to listen, is to have a graphic equilizer and turn down the bass, up the treble and then just relax.
