Emmylou Harris: Evangeline

Comprised largely of leftovers from earlier sessions, Evangeline is a scattershot affair encompassing rock, folk and bluegrass which stands among Harris' few disappointing efforts.

The title track is a version of Robbie Robertson's "Evangeline", a song that she also recorded together with The Band in 1977 for their triple album and movie The Last Waltz.
