Rekyl: Levande i Luleå

[cover art]

[LP cover]

The political-left-wing-blues-rock show group Rekyl from Northern Sweden released four albums from the mid-70s to the early '80s. Levande i Luleå is a live LP that includes the song "Hjulen -82", which is a Swedish cover the Bob Dylan/ Rick Danko song "This Wheel's on Fire,", and a translated version of "The Shape I'm In" titled "Finns det liv, finns det hopp" ("If There's Life, There's Hope").

The album title means "Alive in Luleå" (Luleå is a very cold place way up North in Sweden). This was to be Rekyl's last album. They probably froze to death during the sessions for the cover photo.
