Yesterday's News: The North Side Hotel

Second album from Yesterday's News -- Dave Chrismer (bass), Jamie Green (guitar), Mike Koehler (drums/lead vocal), and Eddie Lehwald (piano/organ) -- featuring Garth Hudson on "Play it Slowly (Catskill Mountains)". The North Side Hotel was partly recorded in Levon Helm Studios in Woodstock, NY. Yesterday's News are serious Band fans (see the report from their pilgrimage to Woodstock in 2003), the last track is a blistering live version of The Band's "The Shape I'm In."
