Festival Express Outtakes is an unofficial Japanese DVD release, claiming to contain film footage of The Band from the 1970 Festival Express tour that was not included in the 2004 concert film. There seem to be several different takes on the same songs. Quality unknown. The cover says (quote) "Please Note: This Movie Outtakes Including Several Silent Scene."
