The Band Christmas Quiz 2011

The following was posted at The Band web site on December 13th 2011:

Wishing for a brand new copy of Levon Helm's Grammy-nominated 2011 live album Ramble at the Ryman for Christmas? Your wish may come true if you know the answer to the following two questions:

Both Garth Hudson and Rick Danko can be heard in this clip. What's the name of the lead singer? And the title of the album?
Rick Danko sings lead vocal on this title track. Album title and artist/band name?

We received loads of replies over the next two weeks, most of of these had the correct answer:

The lead singer is Hans Theessink, the track is "Sail on" from Theessink's 1991 album Call Me.
The album is The Chili Brothers' Empty Bottles from 1988.

A little C-program using random numbers, written by yours truly, was used to select one of the contestans with the correct answer. And the lucky winner of a brand new copy of Levon Helm's Grammy-nominated 2011 live album Ramble at the Ryman is (drum roll):
